What is included in Free?
One accommodation with its permanent QR and a printed sign, six standard services — Wi-Fi, Contact, House info, Check-out, House rules and Restaurants — the standard theme, and your own language. Free is a permanent plan, not an expired trial: the guide stays publicly served for as long as you keep it.
What is the difference between Basic and Premium?
Three things. Premium offers six translation languages instead of three, no limit on the services you write yourself instead of two, and it can remove the QRiousStay line from your printed sign. Everything else — all 16 standard services, all 5 guest themes, scan analytics, your custom web address and your own logo — is the same on both.
Can I pay annually?
Yes, on both paid plans, and a year costs less than twelve monthly payments in every currency. Basic is 499 kr a year instead of 59 kr a month; Premium is 999 kr a year instead of 119 kr a month. Switch the billing period above the plans to see your own currency.
Can I use the free trial more than once?
The 14-day Premium trial is available once for each eligible email address.
Can I use QRiousStay for more than one accommodation?
Every plan starts with one accommodation. With Basic or Premium you can add more accommodations to the same account, each with its own guide, permanent QR code, languages, theme and scan analytics. Additional accommodations cost 59 kr/month or 499 kr/year each, following your main billing interval.
Can I add my own services?
Yes. Beyond the 16 standard services, write your own: an information page, a video link, or something guests pay for. Basic includes two of your own; Premium has no limit. Free includes six standard services: Wi-Fi, Contact, House info, Check-out, House rules and Restaurants.
What happens to my guide after the free trial?
It stays. The trial is 14 days of Premium on one accommodation, and nothing you created is deleted when it ends: your guide, your languages and your theme choice are kept exactly as you left them. What you can add or newly select then follows the plan you choose, Free included.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, whenever you like. Everything you created stays; what you can add or newly select follows the new plan. Moving to a higher plan simply unlocks more, and moving down never deletes anything.
