Does the guest need an app?
No. They scan the code with the camera already on their phone and the guide opens in the browser. No download, no account, no login: the answers are there before the bags are unpacked.
Will my QR code still work after I edit the guide?
Yes, always. The printed code points at the accommodation itself, not at a snapshot of it, so a new Wi-Fi password or a changed check-out time is live at the next scan. The readable address you share (qriousstay.com/cabins/your-name) can be renamed whenever you like without touching the sign.
What languages can guests choose?
The ones you offer, from 129 translation languages: up to three on Basic, six on Premium. Your own source language is always there and never counts towards that allowance. Guests pick theirs on the phone; the first language you select is the default.
Can I print the QR sign myself?
Yes. Pick one of six layouts in the QR Print Designer, add your accent colour, and export an A5 sign as PDF or PNG at 300 DPI, or send it straight to print. Basic and Premium add your property logo.
