QRiousStay is a digital guest guide platform: you create accommodations, publish information and services for your guests, and share them through a permanent QR identity and a public web address.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into agreements. You are responsible for your account credentials, for activity on your account, and for the accuracy and legality of what you publish.

QRiousStay is offered as the plans presented in the app. The advertised prices are final, fixed prices — where VAT applies it is included in the price, and prices in other currencies are shown before purchase.

Free (0 SEK) is a permanent plan, not a trial period. It includes one accommodation, six standard services (Wi-Fi, contact, house information, checkout, restaurants and house rules), your guide in the language you wrote it in, the Standard theme, the permanent QR identity and a publicly available guest guide. Free does not include scan statistics, a custom public address or a guest-guide language other than your own, and the QRiousStay mark remains on the guest guide.

Basic (59 SEK/month or 499 SEK/year) includes one accommodation, all standard services, up to two custom services of your own, three translated guest-guide languages, scan statistics, your own public address, your property logo, the permanent QR identity and all five selectable themes. The QRiousStay mark remains on the guest guide.

Premium (119 SEK/month or 999 SEK/year) includes one accommodation, all standard services, unlimited custom services of your own, up to six translated guest-guide languages from QRiousStay’s supported language catalogue, scan statistics, your own public address, your property logo, the permanent QR identity, all five selectable themes, and the option to remove the QRiousStay mark from the guest guide.

Additional accommodation capacity beyond the one included in a paid plan may be offered separately where available, at the price shown before purchase.

New accounts receive one 14-day Premium introductory trial including one accommodation, during which additional accommodation capacity cannot be purchased. The trial is granted once per account — deleting accommodations or cancelling a subscription never resets it. No payment details are required for the trial.

Plan allowances limit how many accommodations you can create, and how many custom services of your own and translated guest-guide languages are shown to your guests. Everything you have created always remains yours: it is kept, stays editable, and is shown to guests again if your plan later covers it. Allowances never delete your content.

• Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or yearly — until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never reach our servers.
• You can cancel at any time via Settings → Subscription, which opens the billing portal. Your plan then runs to the end of the paid period; no further renewals are charged.
• When a subscription ends, your accommodations and content are retained on your account, and continued access to paid features requires an active plan.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that mandatory Swedish or EU consumer law gives you, including any statutory withdrawal rights applicable to your purchase.

Everything you publish remains yours. You grant Laine Digital AB the non-exclusive licence necessary to host, store, display, translate and back up your content so the service can operate — nothing more.

You may not use QRiousStay to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, to harass or deceive, to attempt unauthorised access, or to disrupt, circumvent or misuse the service.

QRiousStay is subject to reasonable and fair use. This includes scans, guest-guide traffic, custom services and other use of the platform. Usage that is unusually high, automated, abusive, or materially inconsistent with the intended use of your plan — including using a single accommodation or subscription to serve multiple accommodations beyond the applicable plan allowance — may be investigated as suspected misuse.

Where we reasonably believe an account is being misused, we may contact you, restrict or temporarily suspend affected functionality, or suspend or terminate the account where necessary. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before taking such action. We may act immediately where necessary to protect QRiousStay, its users, third parties or the security and availability of the service.

QRiousStay may use automated or machine translation services to translate content provided by hosts. Translations are provided for convenience and may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. QRiousStay does not guarantee that automatically translated content is complete, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Hosts remain responsible for the content they provide and should review important information where accuracy is essential.

Each accommodation receives a permanent QR identity that keeps working for the accommodation’s lifetime, independent of name or public-address changes. Your public address (slug) can be changed; a released address may be claimed by others.

Physical QR stickers and NFC products are optional accessories sold separately — they are not part of, or a requirement for, the subscription.

We aim to keep QRiousStay available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted operation — maintenance windows and circumstances outside our control occur. The service depends on third-party providers (such as Stripe, Microsoft Azure and Google) whose availability we do not control.

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Laine Digital AB is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability where mandatory law does not allow it.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time via contact@qriousstay.com. We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms or are reasonably determined to be abusing or misusing the service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before suspension or termination. We may act without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, third parties, or its security and availability.

We may develop and change the service over time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will inform you in advance in the application; continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

Swedish law governs these terms. Disputes are resolved by Swedish courts — and if you are a consumer, you always keep the protections and dispute options that mandatory consumer law provides.
